The Tokyo Monorail section of Tennōzu Isle Station opened its doors on June 19, 1992, establishing an early connection to this developing waterfront area. Nearly a decade later, on March 31, 2001, the Rinkai Line station commenced operations, further enhancing the accessibility and importance of Tennōzu Isle as a transportation hub.
