Station History

Opened on March 30, 1994, Mizuho Undōjō Nishi Station has served the Nagoya community for over three decades. Interestingly, its name was shortened from "Mizuho Undōjō" in 2004. Although daily passenger numbers were around 3,046 in 2007, the station experienced significant bustling activity during football matches at Mizuho Athletic Stadium before the opening of Mizuho Undōjō Higashi Station.
