Station History
Chōgo Station first opened its doors on April 1, 1929, initially known as Shin-Chōgo. It operated under this name until 1958, when it was officially renamed Chōgo Station. Over the decades, it has grown to become a significant station, reflecting the development of Fujisawa. In fiscal year 2019, the station recorded an average of 34,294 daily passengers, highlighting its importance in the local transport network.
