Both local and rapid services on the Rikuu West Line previously stopped here, but as of January 16, 2026, all trains now pass through Uzen-Zennami Station without stopping.

However, a significant change in its operational status occurred on January 16, 2026, when all train services began to bypass the station. This means that while the physical station structure remains, it no longer functions as a boarding or alighting point for passengers.

Given that all trains now pass through Uzen-Zennami Station, it is no longer possible to use this station for travel. Visitors wishing to explore the Shinjō area should plan to use alternative stations on the Rikuu West Line, such as Shinjō Station itself, which offers more comprehensive services and connections.
