Railway Lines
The station is an integral part of the Kintetsu Kashihara Line (station code B31). It is situated 8.4 km (5.2 miles) from Yamato-Saidaiji. From Tsutsui, passengers can travel towards Kyoto, Shin-Tanabe, or Yamato-Saidaiji via Kintetsu-Kōriyama, or towards Kashiharajingū-mae or Tenri via Hirahata on local services. Station History
Tsutsui Station first opened its doors on April 1, 1921, establishing its long-standing presence in the region's transportation network. The station underwent a significant rebuild in 1977, modernizing its facilities to better serve the growing number of daily commuters. In 2019, the station recorded an average daily ridership of 4,130 passengers, highlighting its importance.
