Tomioka Station (富岡駅, Tomioka-eki) is situated in the town of Tomioka, within Fukushima Prefecture, Japan. Specifically, it is located at Ōaza Hotokehama, Azakamaden, Futaba District, Tomioka Town. This station holds the distinction of being the easternmost station in Fukushima Prefecture. Operated by the East Japan Railway Company (JR East), it serves as a vital link for local residents and visitors to the area.

Station History
Tomioka Station has a rich and resilient history. Originally opened on August 23, 1898, it served the community for over a century. However, the station faced a devastating blow when it was destroyed by a tsunami in March 2011. Demonstrating remarkable recovery efforts, the station was rebuilt and triumphantly reopened six years later in October 2017, symbolizing the region's resilience. In 2018, the station recorded an average of 225 daily passengers.
