Station History

Shin-Toyotsu Station officially opened on October 1, 1990. For a period, from April 1, 2009, a software development company named Energysoft acquired naming rights, leading to the station being temporarily known as Energysoft Shin-Toyotsu Station. However, this naming rights agreement concluded in April 2022, and the station has since reverted to its original name, Shin-Toyotsu Station.
