Station History

Seki-Shiyakushomae Station was established as a replacement for the Meitetsu Mino-Machi Line's Shimo-Uchi Station, which ceased operations on March 31, 1999. Although it serves as a successor, the new station is located approximately 800 meters in a straight line from the former Shimo-Uchi Station site.
