Ōmizo Station (大溝駅, Ōmizo-eki) is conveniently located in the town of Ōki, within the Mizuma District of Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. As an unstaffed station, travelers should be aware of this when planning their journey. The station is easily identifiable by its station number T35.

The station is operated by the private transportation company Nishi-Nippon Railroad (NNR) and serves the Tenjin Ōmuta Line. It is situated 50.6 km from Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station. The preceding station is Inuzuka when heading towards Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin), and the following station is Hatchōmuta when traveling towards Ōmuta.

Ōmizo Station first opened its doors to passengers on October 1, 1937, making it a long-standing part of the local transportation network. Its at-grade structure and single island platform have served daily commuters and travelers for decades.
