Mukainoharu Station is conveniently situated in the Hasama neighborhood of Yufu, a city in Japan's Ōita Prefecture. Station History
Mukainoharu Station first opened its doors on October 30, 1915. Interestingly, it was initially known as Mukainohara until December 1, 1922, when its name was officially changed to Mukainoharu. In fiscal year 2016, the station served an average of 609 daily passengers, ranking 221st among JR Kyushu stations. It currently operates with a staffed ticket window, though this service is outsourced.
