Railway Lines

Station History
Kodaira Station first opened its doors on April 16, 1927, and has since grown to become a vital part of Tokyo's railway network. Historically, a majority of trains from the Seibu Tamako Line, which intersects with the Haijima Line at the adjacent Hagiyama Station, also used to run through to Kodaira Station. Although direct services from the Tamako Line to Kodaira were significantly reduced after a timetable revision on March 16, 2013, transfer information is still provided via in-car announcements.
