Kii-Hiki Station is situated in the town of Shirahama, within the Nishimuro District of Wakayama Prefecture, Japan. Operated by West Japan Railway Company (JR West), it serves as the sole railway station in the Hiki River area of Shirahama. However, it's worth noting that the station is located approximately 2-3 kilometers away from the central part of this district.

The station is an integral part of the W Kisei Main Line, also known as the Kinokuni Line. It is positioned 261.2 km from Kameyama and 81.0 km from Shingū. Kii-Hiki Station features two side platforms and two tracks, operating at grade. It is an unstaffed station, offering local services with trains heading towards Susami and Shingū, and in the other direction towards Kii-Tanabe and Wakayama.
Station History
Kii-Hiki Station first opened its doors to passengers on October 30, 1936. The line serving the station was subsequently electrified in 1978. In fiscal year 2019, the station recorded an average of 72 daily passengers, highlighting its role as a local transportation hub.
