Station History
Kawakura Station first opened its doors to passengers on April 24, 1932. However, it experienced a period of closure between 1943 and 1955, before resuming operations. Today, it features a single side platform serving one track, reflecting its role as a local stop on the scenic Tsugaru Railway Line.
