Station History

Katsuno Station has a long history, having first opened its doors on February 13, 1901. In its earlier days, the Miyata Line also branched off from this station, highlighting its historical significance as a railway junction in the region. Although the Miyata Line is no longer operational, Katsuno Station continues to serve as an important part of the local rail network.
