Kai-Ōizumi Station is nestled in Ōizumi-Nishiide, within the city of Hokuto, Yamanashi Prefecture. Situated at an impressive elevation of 1,158 meters (3,800 ft), it holds the distinction of being the third highest station on the entire JR railway network.
