Jōshū-Fukushima Station is conveniently located in Fukushima, Kanra Town, within Gunma Prefecture. While it serves as a gateway to the local area, visitors should note that the station is generally unstaffed outside of weekday daytime and evening hours, as well as weekend daytime. During these staffed periods, a single station attendant is usually present.

Station History
