Location & Access

Inano Station (稲野駅), identified by station number HK-18, is situated in Itami, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. The station building and ticket gates are conveniently located at the south end of the station, closer to Tsukaguchi, for each platform. Due to the absence of an internal overpass, passengers must use the railroad crossing outside the ticket gates, adjacent to the station building, to switch platforms.

Station History

Opened on May 10, 1921, Inano Station was initially known by the temporary name Itamiguchi (伊丹口) before its official inauguration. Significant renovations took place in 2007, focusing on the areas near the ticket gates on both platforms. These improvements included the renovation of slopes and the relocation of restrooms, enhancing accessibility and passenger comfort.

Travel Tips

For passengers traveling from the Tsukaguchi-bound platform, please note that there are no station staff at the ticket gate. In case of needing assistance or exiting the station by mistake, an intercom near the ticket gate can be used to summon staff. Restrooms are available near the ticket gate on the Itami-bound platform, while the Tsukaguchi-bound platform offers a waiting room and a soft drink vending machine for convenience.
