Station History
Hizen-Shiroishi Station has a history stretching back to March 9, 1930, when it first opened its doors to passengers. Interestingly, it was originally known as Fukuji Station until 1940, when it adopted its current name. With a daily ridership of 649 passengers in FY2022, it continues to serve the local community.
