Hinase Station (日生駅, Hinase-eki) is nestled in the Hinase neighborhood of Bizen City, Okayama Prefecture, Japan. This unstaffed station is operated by the West Japan Railway Company (JR West) and holds the station code JR-N15. Its distinctive location places it remarkably close to the Seto Inland Sea, built on reclaimed land that was once part of the sea itself. The station is well-connected, with a bus stop providing further access to the surrounding areas.
From Hinase Port, located directly in front of the station, passenger ferries and boats depart for the Hinase Islands. Until November 2023, ferries also connected Hinase Port to Ōbe Port on Shōdoshima Island, offering a gateway to this popular destination.
