Higashi-Nagahara Station is situated in the city of Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima Prefecture, Japan. Specifically, it can be found in Kumanodo, Katō-machi, Aizuwakamatsu. While it serves the local community, it is an unstaffed station, meaning travelers should be prepared for self-service ticketing or have their passes ready. The station features two side platforms, providing access to both directions of the Ban'etsu West Line.
