This major interchange station is operated by two prominent railway companies: East Japan Railway Company (JR East) and the private railway operator Keio Corporation. JR East provides services on the Yokohama Line (JH28) and the Sagami Line, connecting Hashimoto to key destinations like Hachiōji, Higashi-Kanagawa, Ōfuna, and Chigasaki. Keio Corporation operates the Keio Sagamihara Line (KO45), offering direct routes to Shinjuku via Minami-ōsawa and Chōfu.
