Fujiyamashita Station is situated in the city of Kiryū, Gunma Prefecture, Japan. It is operated by the private railway operator Jōmō Electric Railway Company. The station's name, meaning "The bottom of Fuji Mountain," is derived from its proximity to a local mountain named Fuji (富士山) within Kiryū City, not the iconic Mount Fuji.

The station serves the Jōmō Line, with its preceding station being Tennōjuku (towards Chūō-Maebashi) and the following station being Maruyamashita (towards Nishi-Kiryū). It features a single side platform and one track. Fujiyamashita Station is located 23.7 km from Chūō-Maebashi and was opened on November 10, 1928. It is currently an unstaffed station.
