While the station name includes "Enshū," in onboard announcements, it is often shortened to "Gansuiji Station." It's important to note that a separate "Gansuiji Station" exists on the Tenryū Hamanako Line nearby, but these two stations are not connected transfer points. In fact, the Tenryū Hamanako Line's Gansuiji Station is actually closer to the Gansuiji temple itself, which is the namesake of both stations.
